Background on PaddockTalk LLC
Background on PaddockTalk LLC: PaddockTalk.com was started by Mike Sulka (Founder/Senior Editor) on January 1st, 2004. The original site was primarily Champ Car oriented. In the middle of 2004, the site expanded to include two additional open-wheel series: Formula One and the IndyCar Series. The response was very positive, so in January of 2005, more editions were added. To date, thirteen Editions have been established, and nearly 100 racing series are now covered by PaddockTalk.com.
Our flagship site continues to grow as a respected source for racing news, and has grown far beyond our expectations. In 2006, PaddockTalk.com reached 7500 unique visitors a day. In 2007, those numbers doubled to nearly 15,000 unique visitors each day. Every country/territory in the world (Over 210) records visits to the site each month.
PaddockTalk LLC also manages/owns 10 additional racing-oriented sites, plus additional interests. The company continues to expand as opportunities arise.
In January 2006, PTalkPhoto.com was added to feature the professional work of the PaddockTalk photography team. In 2007 season, the team has already covered a wide array of events including: A1 GP, ALMS, Champ Car, Formula One, IRL IndyCar, Grand-Am, NASCAR, the Atlantic series, and more. The ever expanding database of 100% original images continues to rapidly grow. As of January 1st, 2008 it contains over 10,000 photos.
On January 1st, 2008, PaddockTalk launched a new social networking site targeted to the motorsports community called "PaddockTalk.net". PaddockTalk.net is the place for motorsport fans, drivers, teams, sponsors and series to talk, and share anything about their great sport!

Plus... members get their own web page to write a blog! Post photos! And even upload videos and music!

PaddockTalk Forum Host Opportunities
With the creation of the PaddockTalk.com forums nearly three years ago, we had two main goals that we wanted to achieve:
First...to provide a place where race fans feel welcome and comfortable.
Second...to produce an environment in which race discussions evolve on merit and vaule, not the usual mud-slinging and or dramas that can be found at other places across the internet.
We believe that we have achieved both of those goals and therefore would like to introduce a new concept to the PTalk Forums, Forum Hosts.
Basically if there is a particular series that you choose to follow and would like to contribute to it further, you may inquire within about being one of our forum hosts.
What exactly does a Forum Host do? A Forum Host will help guide the content, types of news, tidbits and any other information that you as a Host would like to see posted for discussion purposes.
The more input we have from our forum posters and contributors will only enhance the environment here which already currently exists.
We currently have openings for the following Forums:
WRC, ALMS & Sports Cars
Grand-Am, SWC & Support Series
Off-Topic Discussion
