Ferrari Considering Further Legal Action Against FIA After losing its court bid to annul the 2010 budget cap, Ferrari on Wednesday said it is considering prolonging the legal action against F1's governing body. It was understood that the verdict of Paris' Tribunal de Grande Instance includes a right of appeal.

In a statement issued by the Maranello concern, Ferrari said it is indeed evaluating "whether or not to continue with this legal action already underway".

Ferrari also warned that its threat to withdraw from F1 at the end of this season still stands.
