Daytona II: NASCAR Sprint Cup Race Results - Stewart, Chevrolet Win!

In front of 115,000, Tony Stewart and his No. 14 Burger King Chevrolet won the COKE ZERO 400 Powered By Coca-Cola, his 35th victory in 374 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. This is his second victory and 14th top-10 finish in 2009. The last driver-owner to win multiple races in a season was Ricky Rudd in 1997 (Dover and Indianapolis). This is also his third victory and 12th top-10 finish in 22 races at Daytona International Speedway. All of Stewart's Daytona wins have come in the July race.

Running second, Jimmie Johnson and his No. 48 Lowe's / Kobalt Tools Chevrolet posted his ninth top-10 finish in 16 races at Daytona International Speedway. It is his 12th top-10 finish in 2009.

In third, Denny Hamlin and his No. 11 FedEx Office Toyota posted his first top-10 finish in eight races at Daytona International Speedway.

Carl Edwards (SUBWAY Ford) and Kurt Busch (Miller Lite Dodge) rounded out the top five giving each manufacturer a top five finish.

Tony Stewart leads the NASCAR Sprint Cup point standings by 180 points over Jeff Gordon.
