IndyCar: Third Car Rumors For Ganassi Coming True ?
Great minds think alike.
Earlier this week, Roger Penske announced that his IndyCar team would be field three IndyCars for the 2010 season with Helio Castroneves, Ryan Briscoe, and new man - Will Power. The Australian addition is sure to please many fans as many have been begging Penske to take on the third car just for Power.
With that in-mind, it seems that summer rumors linking Danica Patrick to a third car at Chip Ganassi's team may have been wide-of-the-mark regarding Patrick, but spot on regarding the addition of a third car at the Ganassi racing.

The Indianapolis Star is suggesting that HVM driver E.J. Viso will slide over and race in a third IndyCar for Ganassi instead.
Viso is a former Formula One test driver (Spyker) and has raced in the IndyCar series for the last two seasons. In 2008 Viso's best finish was fourth at the St. Petersburg Grand Prix. In 2009, Viso's best result was a seventh place finish at Watkins Glen, although a startling 8 DNFs were a significant black make on his CV.
But, given the right team and equipment, can Viso win ? For sure!
In 2006, Viso won twice in the GP2 series while racing for the perenial powerhouse iSport International team.

So, keep an eye on this space... Ganassi may be soon matching Penske's efforts.
And that might be bad news for the rest of the IndyCar teams.
