Since the 1970s, Cheap Trick has been blending elements of pop, punk and even metal in an instantly-catchy and recognizable format. Their timeless classics, including such favorites as "I Want You to Want Me," "Dream Police," "Surrender," and the late-1980s favorite, "The Flame," have made Cheap Trick a musical institution.

The band has logged more than 5,000 performances, sold more than 20 million records, produced 29 movie soundtracks and has been awarded with 40 gold and platinum recording awards. In 2007, the band was honored by the Chicago Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (NARAS) for their long-time contributions to the music industry.

Their most recent release, "The Latest," has received glowing reviews, and continues Cheap Trick's reign as power-pop progenitors.

Tickets for the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, featuring six races including the IZOD IndyCar Series, start at $25. A Saturday-only general admission ticket, good for admission to all the day's racing activities and the Cheap Trick concert, costs just $42. Tickets can be purchased from the Grand Prix ticket office by calling toll-free at (888) 82-SPEED, Ticketmaster or by visiting www.gplb.com. Children 12 and under admitted FREE.

A handy ticket brochure - which includes circuit map, grandstand and parking locations, ticket prices and order form - can be obtained by calling the ticket hotline. Pre-paid parking packages are also available when ordering through the Grand Prix Ticket Office. Handicapped seating, IndyCar Paddock passes, Super Photo tickets and a variety of hospitality club packages are also available.
