Dragonspeed Launches Four-Car Blitz On Pirelli World Challenge


The Florida-based DragonSpeed team is doubling its commitment to the Pirelli World Challenge by fielding a four-car effort for the 2015 season featuring a trio of Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 machines competing in the GT-A (amateur) category plus an entry in the series’ new GT Cup class for the latest Porsche 911 GT3 Cup model.

French watch manufacturer BRM will become an official partner of the 24H SERIES powered by Hankook. Starting with the opener of the 2015 season, the Hankook 24H DUBAI (8-10 January, 2015), BRM will provide exclusive watches for all class winners in the Hankook 24H DUBAI. From the second round of the season onwards, the Hankook 12H ITALY-MUGELLO (13-14 March, 2015), BRM will also be providing the official trophies for the first three teams in the overall classification and the top three in the classes. The champions in the 2015 24H SERIES powered by Hankook team per class, drivers per class and ladies standings can also look forward to a beautiful BRM watch. "We are delighted to welcome a high-quality brand like BRM on board as an official series' partner," says Gerrie Willems on behalf of CREVENTIC. The Dutch agency is the promoter and organiser of the 24H SERIES powered by Hankook in co-operation with the Dutch National Racing Team (DNRT). Hot off his first win in the Twin Turbo Trophy Truck at the BlueWater Desert Challenge, Josh Daniel went in to the final race of the 2014 desert racing season with high hopes for a win at Best in the Desert’s Henderson 250. It was apparent after the two-day battle in Parker that the crew at Danzio Performance has mastered the prep work needed for an immaculate truck come race day. After a dominating performance the entire Henderson 250 race, Daniel underwent a seven-minute tire change with ten miles left that handed over the win to Jason Voss. Despite finishing +00:02:10 behind Voss, Daniel plans to carry the momentum in to next season and contest Voss for the 2015 BITD points championship.
