2011 California (Fontana): Ricky Stenhouse Jr NASCAR Nationwide Race Preview
Ricky Stenhouse Jr., No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang: "I’m looking forward to going out to Auto Club Speedway. The last race there last year we were fast. It’s actually one of the tougher tracks to really figure out. You’ve got to miss the seams in the racetrack. They’re real slick and you lose grip and you’ve got to make sure to put your car in the right spot. When you run across ‘em you want to run across ‘em straight, so that’s probably one of the toughest things. The draft plays a huge role there. It’s tough to run away from people. There’s a lot of stuff going on."
Team: No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang

COMMENT ON WINNING THE POLE LAST WEEK AT BRISTOL. "Winning the pole was big at Bristol because not only for our team but for myself because you’ve got to drive it hard there. It was cool to have Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick, all those guys in the race and we beat ‘em for the pole. I think it’s going to do a lot for us down the road. We’ve got fast cars and we’ve proved that."
Mike Kelley, Crew Chief, No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang: "I’m real excited to go to Fontana. The new FR-9 motor has been good for us and we’re taking that out there. We’re taking a brand new car to Fontana. It should be a solid day for us. We just have to execute. We ran these cars at Michigan last year and I think the Roush cars were strong. We ran ‘em at Charlotte and I think Ricky had a really good car for most of that race. And obviously [Las] Vegas is a mile-and-a-half and I thought we had a shot at a top two or three, maybe a win."
