2012 Martinsville II: NASCAR Sprint Cup Race Results - Johnson, Chevrolet Win!

In front of 60,000, Jimmie Johnson and his No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet won the 64th Annual TUMS Fast Relief 500, his 59th victory in 396 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. This is his fourth victory and 23rd top-10 finish in 2012. This is also his seventh victory and 19th top-10 finish in 22 races at Martinsville Speedway.
With Jimmie Johnson's win today Chevrolet has clinched the Manufacturers' Championship for this season.
In second, Kyle Busch and his No. 18 posted his eighth top-10 finish in 16 races at Martinsville Speedway. It is his 17th top-10 finish in 2012.
In third, Kasey Kahne and his No. 5 Hendrickcars.com Chevrolet posted his third top-10 finish in 18 races at Martinsville Speedway.
Aric Almirola and his No. 43 Gwaltney Ford was fourth with Clint Bowyer and his No. 15 5-hr Energy Benefitting Avon Fndn for Women Toyota rounding out the top five.
Stephen Leicht was the highest finishing rookie, he finished 34th.
Jimmie Johnson leads the NASCAR Sprint Cup point standings by 2 points over Brad Keselowski.
