2012 United States GP: Formula One (F1) LIVE Update - Getting Ready To Race!

The Formula One F1 series will race for the first time in the 2012 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas. The racing series last competed in the United States back in 2007 when it was hosted by Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The COTA track completed was in 2012 is a 3.427 mile / 5.516 km anti-clockwise road course with 20 turns and some elevation in the design by Hermann Tilke. The track is expecting over 100,000 fans today.
All eyes will be on the championship battle between Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull), and Fernando Alonso (Ferrari) as each races for his third Formula 1 championship.
Red Bull will also be racing for their third constructors championship.
