When his runner-up results are added to his 87 victories, Gordon has 152 finishes of either first or second in 689 Cup starts, translating to 22.06 percent. Interestingly, though Gordon has six wins at Daytona International Speedway, including three in the Daytona 500, he has never finished second at the 2.5-mile superspeedway.
