There are 64 days left before the Feb. 24, 2013 Daytona 500; hence, the number for today is:
64: Career top fives in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for driver Ken Schrader, whose 753 career starts place him fifth among active drivers in the number of Cup races run. Schrader has four victories to his credit, all in Rick Hendrick’s No. 25 Chevrolet but never found Victory Lane at Daytona International Speedway. Schrader, however, won three of his 23 career Cup poles at Daytona; in fact, he led the field to green three straight years in the Daytona 500, in 1988, 1989 and 1990. In those three races, Schrader finished sixth, second and 40th, respectively.
