Fletcher To Drive For Cape Motorsports With Wayne Taylor Racing In 2013
Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing is pleased to announce that James Fletcher will drive for the team in the 2013 Cooper Tires presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda. Fletcher, 18, joins previously announced teammates Scott Hargrove and Neil Alberico.

Fletcher, from Surrey, UK, was the 2009 Super 1 British Rotax Max Junior Karting Champion. In 2011 he was runner-up in the Formula Jedi Championship and won four of six races in the Formula Renault Winter Series. Last season, he raced in the Formula Renault BARC Championship, finishing seventh overall with three podiums.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to be selected to join Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing," Fletcher said. "The Capes are a class act, and I will be looking for very strong results. It will be a different experience to what I’m used to, but I am looking forward to the challenge."
Fletcher will drive the No. 3 car for the team.
"We are very excited to have James join our team," said team owners Dominic and Nicholas Cape. "He is a great addition to our line-up, and we are looking forward to good results from all three of our drivers."

In 2012, Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing drivers combined to win 12 of 14 races and led 208 out of 227 possible laps. Matthew Brabham claimed the USF2000 Championship and Henrik Furuseth won the National Class Championship, in addition to the team championship.
