By PaddockTalk.com Staff Writers

The 51st Daytona 24 hour race at Daytona International Speedway way will kick off the 2013 Grand-Am season as well as a full season of motorsports. For racing fans, there will be many options to take in the show including web streaming, live-timing, radio, tv, and more!

TV coverage will start on Speed Channel at at 3pm ET and will run through 11pm tonight. The first half hour of the Speed presentation will be a pre-race show. So if that isn't of interest to you, you can wait until the green flag drops at 3:30pm ET.

At 11 PM, the Speed channel will turn the cameras off until 9am on Sunday morning. Coverage will then resume and run until the checkered flag at 3:30pm with another 30 minutes of post-race interviews, etc.

Overall, Speed has cut 90 minutes of TV coverage - compared to 2012 - of this annual event as they continue to head away from motorsports to a regular Fox network.

If the Speed announcers aren't your cup of tea, you might check out the Motor Racing Network which has exclusive radio coverage. The company will broadcast the full 24 hours with live streaming at MotorRacingNetwork.com. Coverage on the radio and on the Internet starts at 3pm ET.

For alternative LIVE video coverage during the overnight hours you'll need to fire up your PC and logon to Speed.com

As for weather, its going to be a perfect weekend with clear skies and a high of 73 degrees during the day, a low of 52 overnight, and a forecast of low-70s for the finish.
