2013 Jerez: Formula One (F1) Tuesday Test Results

The Formula One F1 winter championships kicked off in earnest today at the Jerez circuit in Jerez, Spain. Leading the way was McLaren driver Jenson Button and his McLaren which put up a fast lap of 1:18.861 seconds over 37 total laps.
Mark Webber and his new Red Bull put in nearly double the laps - 73 - with a best effort of 1:19.709 which was 1.1 seconds behind the McLaren.
Third fastest was Romain Grosjean and the Lotus challenger with a fast lap of 1:19.796.
Paul Di Resta and Force India were fourth fastest and put in the most laps on the day - 89.
Fifth quick was Daniel Ricciardo and the Toro Rosso followed by Felipe Massa (Ferrari), Nico Hulkenberg (Sauber), Nico Rosberg (MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS), Pastor Maldonado (Williams), Giedo van der Garde (Caterham), and finally Charles Pic (Marussia).
