Budweiser Duel Post Race Notes For Mike Bliss #19 G-Oil Toyota Camry

A promising start for driver Mike Bliss and the #19 G-‐OIL Toyota quickly went downhill in the second Budweiser Duel at Daytona InternaEonal Speedway. AHer moving from 22nd to 14th in the opening laps of the 150 mile race, Bliss experienced a fallen window net that necessitated a long pit stop and an apparent wheel bearing issue as the team fell out of contenEon for a qualifying spot to make the Great American Race.

"We are obviously disappointed not to make the field for our first Daytona 500," said Jeffrey Loch, President and CMO for sponsor Green Earth Technologies. "We want to thank Mike and the enEre team for all of their efforts. We just have to consider this part of our growing pains and look ahead," said Loch.

"We are proud to be the Official Motor Oil of the Daytona InternaEonal Speedway and the Daytona 500 and will now focus on the #19 G-‐OIL Toyota in the NASCAR NaEonwide Series on Saturday. We hope that Mike and the Tri-‐Star Motorsports team can repeat his performance from last year where the led the race twice, and perhaps our luck will be a bit be]er than it was today." said Loch.
