2013 Barcelona: Formula One F1 Friday Results - Hamilton, Mercedes Fastest!

The Formula One F1 series concluded their fourth day of testing at Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain with 2008 Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes AMG leading the way with a lap of 1m 23.282s out of the total 52 he ran.

Second quick was Hamilton's former teammate Jenson Button in the VODAFONE McLAREN MERCEDES with a lap of 1m 23.633s. He was clocked 70 times around the road course.

Jean-Eric Vergne and his Scuderia Toro Rossa put in the third best time with a lap of 1m 24.071s.

Jules Bianchi (Force India) is looking to lock in the second seat at Force India and was fourth quick, with Esteban Gutierrez (Sauber) grabbing the fifth best time.

Overall, 12 Formula One F1 driver/car combinations turned laps on the final day of testing this week. The 2013 season opener in Australia is just 20 days away. The Force India seat is the lone seat to fill.
