Driving for TRG-AMR North America will be Doug Bielefeld and Klaus Viljanmaa. Bielefeld, a native to Dallas for the past 30 years, runs a wealth management advisory practice at Wells Fargo Advisors, and has most recently been behind the wheel of a Porsche in Porsche Club Events. Bielefeld brings over a decade of racing experience to the team, and can't wait to get behind the wheel of the Aston Martin Vantage in Austin. Viljanmaa, hailing from Finland, has raced in both open and closed wheel cars, the latter of which he won the GTA2 Class national championship. Both drivers are racing with TRG-AMR North America for the first time.

"We know we have the makings of a great team and fast car," said team owner Kevin Buckler. "This is a new program for us and I know we are going to keep getting better and better. Doug Bielefeld and Klaus Viljanmaa will be a great combination for us in Austin, and the road course there is as good as anywhere in the world. It is a fabulous facility."

Qualifying will take place on Friday, March 1st at 3:30pm local time, and the race can be seen on SPEED Saturday, March 9th at 4PM (EST).

Bielefeld on running at Circuit of the Americas for the first time:

"I'm excited! I was down here as a spectator for the Formula 1 race, but it's much better to be in the car. Given the opportunity Kevin has presented, I'm going to do TRG-AMR North America proud."
