The team that creates the GEICO AMA EnduroCross series was invited to Tours, France to build the course for the final round of the FIM SuperEnduro championship.

The team spent a week in France and created the first ever "American style" EnduroCross track. Local promoter Denis Schwock and World SuperEnduro promoter Alain Blanchard invited the US team, which was led by Franco-American Eric Peronnard.
A sold out Parc des Expositions with over 5,000 spectators (and 1,500 disappointed fans left outside the building) was able to witness the four time AMA EnduroCross champion Taddy Blazusiak clinch his fourth SuperEnduro World championship. Blazusiak has a perfect championship record in worldwide EnduroCross/SuperEnduro over the last four years and a near perfect race wins percentage during those years as well. David Knight, the former EnduroCross, GNCC and World Enduro champion took second in France and in the 2013 SuperEnduro championship.
American EnduroCross regular Kyle Redmond joined the US team in France and qualified for the main events on a borrowed bike and finished mid pack.
"We had the best time working with Denis Schwock and the team of Tours Events. They treated us like rock stars, made us feel like part of the family and allowed us to build an awesome track that was challenging and loved by the riders” stated Eric Peronnard.
The world’s top EnduroCross racers will now move to Brazil for X Games Foz do Iguacu on April 18th (look for live coverage on ESPN networks) before heading to Las Vegas for the first round of the 2013 GEICO AMA EnduroCross season on Friday, May 3rd.
