5.4: The average finish of five-time champion Jimmie Johnson in 18 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., site of Sunday’s Auto Club 400. Only at one other track (Kentucky Speedway) does Johnson have a better average finish (4.5), but that’s based on a small sample size of two races. Johnson has won five times at Fontana and has posted top-10 finishes in 14 of his 18 starts at the two-mile track.
