After contesting the event in Global Brands CEO Steve Perez's Lancia Stratos and Porsche 911 over the past two years, Mark, from Sheffield and co driver Matt Frolish enjoyed a trouble-free run in Mark's own 1985 Ferrari 328 to record a fine 10th place overall in the Regularity section.

The Group Managing Director was consistently inside the top dozen on all 12 Regularity tests throughout Friday and Saturday to reach the finish without any penalties which netted him second in class also.

The result added to Steve Perez's fine class win in the Amigos-backed Lancia Stratos to make it a double celebration for the Global Brands team.

James said: "Despite the first stage being cancelled because of the snow, we didn't encounter any problems throughout the event and enjoyed a good steady run. All we did was put some different brake fluid, brake pads and tyres onto my road car which I was using on an event for the first time and although we were grounding out on some of the roads, it was superb. This was the third year I've done the event and it's a fantastic rally. Thanks to Matt, who was navigating for the first time, and a special thanks to Steve and his team for making the event a fantastic experience as always so well done to Steve on his class win also."
