2013 Fontana: NASCAR Nationwide Race Results - Busch, Toyota On Pole!

Kyle Busch and his No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 15th Annual Royal Purple 300 with a lap of 40.312 seconds, 178.607 mph. This is his 28th pole in 249 NASCAR Nationwide Series races and his second pole and third top-10 start in 2013. This is also his third pole in 15 races at Auto Club Speedway.

Also starting on the front row, Elliott Sadler and his No. 11 OneMain Financial Toyota posted his third top-10 start of 2013 and his sixth in nine races at Auto Club Speedway.

Third in qualifying, Brian Vickers and his No. 20 Dollar General Toyota posted his fifth top-10 start at Auto Club Speedway. It is his third in five races this season.

Brad Keselowski and his No. 22 America's Tire / Discount Tire Ford was fourth with Nelson Piquet Jr. and his No. 30 Qualcomm Chevrolet rounding out the top five. Piquet Jr. was also the fastest qualifying rookie.

Overall, 42 NASCAR Nationwide entries attempted to qualify for today's race.
