You Can Put A Blanket On The Field At Talladega Superspeedway

How close is racing at Talladega Superspeedway, NASCAR’s Most Competitive track? NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Carl Edwards says the battle for the lead is so intense that you can toss a blanket on the entire field at the 2.66-mile historical venue. Edwards, who admits watching a Talladega race is “spectacular”, will go after his first TSS triumph in the Aaron’s 499 on May 5 in hopes of getting his first career win at the unpredictable track.
