By Reid Spencer NASCAR Wire Service

The combined number of laps led by Joe Gibbs Racing drivers Matt Kenseth and Kyle Busch through 11 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races this season. That’s 42.86 percent of all laps run in the series this year, a measure of how dominant JGR has been. Kenseth, who has won three times, has led 781 laps and Busch, a two-time winner, has led 740. When you add the 156 laps Denny Hamlin has led (despite missing four races), JGR Cup drivers have led 1,677 laps in 2013—47.25 percent of a possible 3,549 laps.
