Ryan Lynch To Make First Camping World Truck Start

McCallister Precision Marketing (MPM) is pleased to announce that Ryan Lynch, a New Boston, Texas native, will be competing in his first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race of the 2013 season this week, making it his third start in the series.Ryan will be racing the No. 39 BlankHood.com Chevrolet in the Kentucky Speedway UNOH 225 on Thursday night.

After running the season finale of the NCWTS at Homestead-Miami Speedway last season, Lynch learned how to handle the higher speeds at a larger track. “You just can’t anticipate the feel of racing at the higher speeds, longer straightaways, and steeper banking until you’ve done it. Being on the track at Homestead last yearwith some of the veteran drivers like Kyle Busch and Ron Hornadaywas definitely a big learning opportunity;that, combined with getting some valuable seat time this season racing our Super Truck at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, makes me feel more than ready to take on Kentucky Speedway. Hopefully some patience and a little good luck will give me a good, strong run. I definitely want to thank Rod Sieg and RSS Racing for this opportunity,” stated Ryan.

The one day event on Thursday, June 27th begins with practice at 10:30 a.m. ET and again at 12:00 p.m. ET followed by qualifying at 5:05 p.m. ET. The UNOH 225 is slated to take the green flag at 8:00 p.m. ET that evening. The race will be shown live on SPEED Channel, with pre-race coverage beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.
