NASCAR Number (July 19, 2013)

By Reid Spencer, NASCAR Wire Service

0: The number of NASCAR Nationwide Series races won from the Coors Light Pole at Chicagoland Speedway. In the 14 events held thus far, it hasn’t paid to be the top qualifier. Brad Keselowski won from the No. 2 starting position in 2011, and three times the winner has come from the No. 3 spot, most recently Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in last year’s fall race at the 1.5-mile speedway. However, the polesitter has finished in the top five eight times, and the top 10 12 times at Chicagoland. Ryan Newman holds the NNS track qualifying record of 186.438 mph, set in 2005.
