The eighth annual Prairie Meadows 150 is scheduled to roll off Saturday night, September 7 on the .875-mile Iowa oval at 8:00 p.m. local time.

"Racing at Iowa Speedway is important from a market and venue perspective, as we reach a number of fans from several major areas there," said ARCA president Ron Drager. "Being newer, Iowa Speedway is one of those tracks that has the luxury of incorporating so many amenities - sightlines and facilities among them - to be fan-friendly and competitor-friendly. Iowa Speedway fans have strongly supported ARCA."

Pre-entrants already include 15-year-old Kyle Benjamin who finished second in his ARCA debut at Mobile Int'l Speedway. If Benjamin wins at Iowa, he would become the youngest winner in ARCA history, surpassing James Buescher for the honor.

Other entrants include 17-year-old drivers Taylor Ferns and Austin Wayne Self. Self finished a career-best second at Winchester back in late June.

Veterans Frank Kimmel (nine-time champ and current point leader) and James Hylton are also entered. Hylton, who will turns 79 on August 26, will be making his final Iowa start.

Mason Mingus, Caleb Armstrong, Justin Boston, Milka Duno, Tom Hessert, Chad Boat, and Thomas Praytor are also pre-entered.

Practice for the Prairie Meadows 150 is from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7 with Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell following at 5. The eighth annual Prairie Meadows 150 is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. local time.

The race is also live on FOX Sports 1. In addition, ARCAracing.com will feature Live Timing & Scoring of all on-track activities.
