IndyCar driver Simon Pagenaud and his No. 77 Honda has won the caution-filled Grand Prix of Baltimore at the Baltimore Street Circuit in Maryland. For Pagenaud, it is his second victory of the 2013 season, and second of his IndyCar career. Pagenaud's last win was at the Detroit Grand Prix.

Grabbing second, Josef Newgarden and his Sarah Fisher Racing No. 67 Honda grabbed his first podium of 2013, and first of his IndyCar career.

In third, was Sebastien Bourdais and his No. 7 Chevrolet who picked up his third IndyCar podium of the year, and 47th major open-wheel podium.

Justin Wilson and his No. 19 Honda would finish fourth with Simona De Silvestro and her No. 78 picking up the final position in the top-five.

Helio Castroneves got some help in his quest for the 2013 IndyCar championship when his Penske teammate Will Power and his No. 12 Verizon slammed a charging Scott Dixon and his No. 9 Ganassi Honda into the wall on a lap 53 restart. Dixon was unable to return to the race.

Power was clearly negligent by failing to insure he had room to pull out to attempt to pass Sebastien Bourdais. IndyCar penalized Power for his ignorant move, with a drive-through penalty.

Next up for the IndyCar series will be a double-header weekend on the streets of Houston in October.
