The special holiday gift package includes two (2) Sunday general admission tickets, one (1) Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama logoed hat and the opportunity for fans 18 and older to drive their personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) around the track, all for only $99. Track laps will take place Wednesday, April 23rd, in advance of the race weekend and a limited number of packages are available. Fans can purchase a holiday package by visiting www.barbermotorsports.com.

“We are excited to offer this unique holiday gift to the fans and hope it brings joy to all who unwrap it this holiday season,” stated Rick Humphrey, VP of ZOOM Motorsports, the exclusive event promoter of Barber Motorsports Park. “With only a limited number of packages available to sell, we expect this offer to sell-out quickly.”

Tickets to the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama start at only $15 and make great gifts. Among the many ticket options available for the April 25 – April 27 event is a three-day general admission ticket for only $75, as well as a three-day paddock pass for just $50. Fans can also purchase tent and motorhome camping, but those will sell-out early.

The 2014 event will again feature some the most dominant names in open-wheel racing, including defending race champion Ryan Hunter-Reay, 2012 and 2011 race champion Will Power, 2010 race champion Helio Castroneves, Graham Rahal, Marco Andretti and more.

Also debuting in 2014 will be a new hospitality ticket option allowing fans to upgrade to one of the best views at the park, along with experiencing Birmingham’s top restaurants at CM’s Trackside Tavern.

As always, kids 12 and under will be admitted free with a ticketed adult to the three-day weekend that will also include fan walks on pit lane, an interactive Fan Zone with a ferris wheel, autograph sessions, 11 races over three days and much more.
