Jessopp has a long history in the Championship, scoring top ten finishes in previous seasons with a best result of fourth in 2011 and is now aiming to build on his debut campaign with the BMW in 2014. Last season marked the strongest result for the German manufacturer in MCE BSB with a pole position and for the second consecutive season represented in the top six in the Showdown. The Riders Motorcycles team backed by Riders Motorcycles, own three major dealerships at Bridgwater, Bristol and Cardiff with the latter BMW specialists.

Jessopp said: “We can’t wait to get testing underway for the new season and build on what we learnt in 2013. We already have some improvements lined up so that we can move forward in our second season with the BMW. We used last season for development after years of running other manufacturers in the championship and with some changes to help improve the feel of the bike for this year with new parts, we hope that we can get up the field again and run where we know that both myself and the team can be.”
