NASCAR, MIS roar into the North American International Auto Show

NASCAR is the leading destination for technology in all of sports. So Michigan International Speedway will host a panel discussion at the North American International Auto Show. “Start Line to Finish Line: Engineers and Drivers talk Technology, Innovation, Racing and Fan Engagement in NASCAR” will be featured Wednesday.

This superstar symposium will take place during Industry Preview days of the auto show on Wednesday, Jan. 15. The event is scheduled from 1 to 2 p.m. on the River Level in the Atrium area, on the Detroit River side of Cobo Center.

Fans, media and guests at Industry Preview are invited to attend this unique presentation to hear from engineers and drivers from all three of NASCAR’s manufacturers – Ford, Toyota and Chevrolet. The panel discussion is free for fans and the public to attend.

The hour-long program will feature two panels. The first panel is on R&D and technology in NASCAR; and the second is on fan engagement in the sport. Panelists include:
