Winged Nation is a weekly one-hour program which is part of the network’s lineup of exclusive online content and will return next month for its fourth season - streamed live each Tuesday from 12 to 1 p.m. (EST).

"First off, we want to thank those who voted for us again this year," Post said of the award. "We appreciate all the drivers and others we interview. But none of that matters without our passionate sprint car fans. They listen to the show, follow us on social media and catch up with us at the track. We’re glad to share what we have with them on ‘Winged Nation.’ "

The North American 410 Sprint Car Poll is an annual awards program of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum located in Knoxville, Iowa. The voting panel is comprised of media members, promoters, sanctioning officials and manufacturer representatives.

Poll results were announced Wednesday and included Donny Schatz being named Driver of the Year for the sixth time.

In addition to its weekly review of sprint car racing, Winged Nation also streamed special programming at www.MRN.com in 2013 featuring four nights of coverage from the Knoxville Nationals in August. A special edition of the show will air live from the World of Outlaws 2014 season opener on Friday night, Feb. 14, at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida.

"Congratulations to Steve, Kendra and (producer) Craig Moore for their work on ‘Winged Nation,’ " said MRN President and Executive Producer David Hyatt. "This success is an example of the diversity of programming we are capable of in our coverage of motor sports. Yes, we’re ‘The Voice of NASCAR,’ but our presence across the entire racing spectrum is growing dramatically and this is a great way to start a new year."

As the 2014 racing season kicks off, MRN.com will feature a regular lineup of exclusive content covering a number of motor sports series. The schedule starts Saturday, Jan. 25, with live streaming of all 24 hours of the season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona TUDOR United SportsCar Racing event from "The World Center of Racing." Motor Racing Network’s exclusive radio coverage of the twice-around-the-clock sports car classic from Daytona International Speedway will begin at 2 p.m. (EST).
