Mackena Bell Revving Up for Another Season

Rev Racing is pleased to announce the continued career of one of their leading ladies – Mackena Bell. Bell, the first female to join Rev Racing, will be competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. In her fifth season with Rev Racing, Bell will be behind the wheel of the # 21 Toyota Camry, owned by Dr. Jennifer Satterfield-Siegel. Satterfield-Siegel, of Indianapolis, IN, is the first African-American woman owner. As a leading pediatric dentist, Satterfield-Siegel saw a chance to jumpstart happy healthy smiles through partnering with fellow leading woman Mackena Bell. With victory in sight, and Bell behind the wheel, the Bell/Satterfield-Siegel team hopes to make successful, memorable smiles wherever they turn.

Bell completed her 2013 season with two top 5s and four top 10s in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and rounded out the season with 16 starts.

Bell, 23, is no new-comer to racing, having started her racing career in 2002. She began behind the wheel of an Outlaw Dirt Kart before moving her way to a Legends car and finally becoming an owner of her own motorsports company, Mackena Bell Motorsports. As an owner, she became the youngest female competitor in the 2008 late model division. In 18 starts she accumulated three top 5s, 11 top 10s, and completed the season 9th in points after missing four races.

Bell’s accomplishments include:

• Holding the record for the highest qualifying female in NASCAR K&N Pro Series East history with fourth place qualifying effort at Iowa Speedway in 2013
• Earning her first top 5 finish in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East at Richmond International Raceway, Apr. 25, 2013
• Garnering six starts with NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and 29 with the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series including four top 5s and 22 top 10s in 2010-2012
• Finishing 8th in the SLM standings in 2009 at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale, California, with one top 5 and 10 top 10 finishes
• Obtaining three top 5s and 11 top 10s in 2008, finishing 9th in rookie season in the standings at All American Speedway
• Finishing 4th in the Legends of the Pacific West Coast Tour standings in the 1250cc asphalt division in 2007; also running a limited number of late model events
• Becoming the only female in the top 15 – finishing 3rd in the PRO Division of the 1250cc Legends of the Pacific West Coast Tour standings in 2007
• Earning the Team Adversity award in 2007 with 22 starts, seven top 3s, 13 Top 5s and 16 top 10s
• Earning the Most Inspirational Driver in 2006 in honor of rookie season after finishing 4th in the 1250cc division standings with 10 starts, nine top 5s and 10 top 10s
• Becoming the youngest driver and only female to win 2005 asphalt Legends Division Rookie and Promoters Choice award at Champion Speedway
• Earning Runner-Up position in the point standings as well as Rookie of the Year title at the Super Outlaw Dirt Kart-Open Intermediate 500cc Division in 2005
