McClure Looking for Another Solid Finish at Daytona...After posting a career-best 8th-place finish during the season-opener in 2013, McClure looks to have another solid outing at the "World Center of Auto Racing" to kick off the 2014 season. The Virginia native will be competing in his 227th NASCAR Nationwide Series event this weekend and his 16th at Daytona International Speedway. In 15 starts, McClure has completed 89.9% of the total laps attempted and has an average finish of 28.3.

Chassis No. 16: McClure will be piloting chassis No. 16 out of the TriStar Motorsports stable for this weekend's NNS event. This car was last used during the summer event at the 2.5-mile speedway where McClure posted a 24th-place finish.

Wes Ward Returns...During the off-season, TriStar Motorsports announced the return of Wes Ward as crew chief for the No. 14 Hefty®/Reynolds Wrap® Camry. Ward served as McClure's crew chief during the 2012 season, guiding him to a career-best 16th-place finish in standings.

Eric McClure Quotes:

Having battled several health-related issues throughout the 2013 season that forced you to miss five races, how are you feeling now and what are your expectations for the 2014 NNS season?

"I feel really good right now; it's by far the best I have felt in a long time. I took the off-season to relax and concentrate on getting healthy. I'm ready for the year ahead and believe we will be more competitive than we have ever been. I'm really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of my No. 14 Toyota and am ready to kick off the year with a good finish at Daytona."

Tune-In: Saturday's 300-mile race from Daytona Int'l Speedway will be televised live on ESPN beginning with NASCAR Countdown at 12:00pm (ET). FS1 will also televise practice on Thursday, February 20 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) and 3:00 p.m. (ET). ESPN 2 will broadcast qualifying on Friday, February 21 at 1:00 p.m. (ET)
