2014 Daytona: NASCAR Truck Race Results - Busch, Toyota Win!

Kyle Busch and his No. 51 ToyotaCare Toyota won the 15th Annual NextEra Energy Resources 250, his 36th victory in 116 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races. This is his first victory and fifth top-10 finish in six races at Daytona International Speedway. Busch also becomes the first driver to win in the ARCA Racing Series and all three NASCAR national series at Daytona International Speedway.

The margin of victory (0.016) in the race was the eighth closest finish all-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the closest in series history at Daytona International Speedway.

For Toyota, this is the manufacturer's eighth consecutive win in the Truck series at Daytona.

Coming home second, Timothy Peters and his No. 17 Valvoline Toyota posted his fourth top-10 finish in seven races at Daytona International Speedway.

In third, Johnny Sauter and his No. 98 Nextant Aerospace/Curb Records Toyota posted his second top-10 finish in six races at Daytona International Speedway.

Ryan Truex and his No. 32 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet was fourth with Ron Hornaday Jr. and his No. 30 Rheem Chevrolet rounding out the top five.

Tyler Reddick was the highest finishing rookie, he finished 12th.

Timothy Peters leads the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series point standings by 2 points over Johnny Sauter.
