Winston Products Introduces Sponsorship At The Daytona 500

Winston Products' brand SmartStraps® made its grand debut as a NASCAR sponsor at the Daytona 500.

The SmartStraps® brand was debuted prominently on the rear TV panel of Paul Menard's No. 27 Menards Chevrolet SS during NASCAR's Sprint Cup Series opener, the Daytona 500, at the Daytona International Speedway on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Another popular Winston Product brand, TowSmart™, will debut on the Menards car at the Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis on July 27, 2014.

Although this is Winston Products' first entree into the world of stock car racing, many fans will recognize these products. Both SmartStraps® and TowSmart™ are innovative products used by professionals, outdoor enthusiasts and weekend warriors alike. Designed and engineered in Solon, Ohio, Winston Products is a proud northeast Ohio employer whose products are sold nationally and internationally.

"Our participation in NASCAR events is a natural fit for our products because race fans use our innovative straps and towing products to get the job done everyday." said Doug Whitner, Executive Vice President. "It's a terrific way for us to raise the awareness of our brands among millions of NASCAR fans."

In addition to having logo placement on Menards car, Winston Products raceday activation included infield race hospitality that entertained customers, distributors and employees throughout Speedweeks.
