Hefty®/Reynolds Wrap® Racing NOTES:

Phoenix Fast Facts: This weekend will mark McClure's 228th career Nationwide Series start and his 14th at Phoenix Int'l Raceway. In 13 starts, the 35-year-old driver has an average start of 32 and an average finish of 27.2. One year ago McClure was on track to beat his track-best finish of 19th when an engine failure forced him behind the wall 13 laps shy of the event's completion.

Chassis No. 5: Crew Chief Wes Ward has selected chassis No. 5 for this weekend's 200-lap event at PIR. This chassis was last used by McClure's teammate, Jeff Green, at the Mid-Ohio Sports Course in August; Green was filling in for the ill McClure. Green was involved in an accident on the white flag lap that relegated the team to a 24th-place finish.

Eric McClure Quotes:

After posting a disappointing finish at Daytona, what are your expectations coming into this weekend's event at PIR?

"I was really disappointed with last weekend's result, but I know how strong we are as a team; I'm confident in our ability to rebound quickly. I like Phoenix. It's a great track and the fan support here is awesome. I had a great car here last spring until the engine failed, so I expect to have another competitive car this weekend."

Tune-In: Saturday's 200-lap race from Phoenix Int'l Raceway will be televised live on ABC Sports beginning with NASCAR Countdown at 3:00pm (ET). Sirius Channel 90 and Motor Racing Network will also broadcast the event live on Saturday, March 1.
