JTG Daugherty Racing Adds Another Great Sponsor To 2014 Lineup With Southeastern Mills’ Branded Products

JTG Daugherty Racing has some of the greatest household brand names in their stable sponsoring AJ Allmendinger’s No. 47 Chevrolet SS. Today they welcome associate sponsor Southeastern Mills' branded products in efforts to promote Shore Lunch® Premium Soup Mixes and Southeastern Mills® Gravy Mixes at select NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events this season.

“Southeastern Mills’ business philosophy is similar to ours and we are fortunate to represent a sophisticated food company like theirs,” JTG Daugherty Racing co-owner Tad Geschickter said. “Their company started with ‘a vision, entrepreneurial spirit and determination’ as did JTG Daugherty Racing. It’s a good fit for our company and our business model.”

Allmendinger welcomes the new partnership while he continues to be inspired by his team owner’s business model and the ability to secure sponsorship for his No. 47 Chevrolet SS.

“Tad continues to amaze me with his business model and how he attracts and secures sponsors and delivers to meet their needs with the NASCAR platform,” driver AJ Allmendinger said. “There’s a reason brands like The Clorox Company (Kingsford Charcoal, Hidden Valley, Glad) and Kimberly-Clark Corporation (Viva, SCOTT Products), BUSH’S Beans have a long-standing partnership with this team and you throw in newer big name sponsors like Charter and House-Autry and Herr’s. The brands within Southeastern Mills (Shore Lunch and Southeastern Mills) are great additions to the team and we look forward to representing their brands throughout the year.”

“We are very excited about our association with the JTG Daugherty Racing family,” Southeastern Mills’ Vice President of Sales, Ralph Byers said. “They are a top-notch organization whose culture and values mirror those of our own company. NASCAR and the JTG Daugherty Racing platform provides an excellent means for us to reach and connect with our own consumers and provide exciting in-store sales building opportunities for our retail partners.”
