2014 Australia GP (Qualifying): Formula One F1 LIVE Streaming, Timing, Weather & TV Coverage

By PaddockTalk.com Staff Writers

The 2014 Formula One F1 season continues in Melbourne, Australia with practice session three and qualifying for the 2014 Australian Grand Prix. Practice session three is scheduled to run from 11 PM Eastern until 12 Midnight. The new season will bring a lot of surprises, and the polesitter might be the first major one.

If you are looking for LIVE timing and scoring, be sure to check out the free service at the Formula One website. There are three different options, and has been a mainstay for Formula One F1 fans for years featuring best personal laps, sector times and more!

Qualifying will start at 2 AM Eastern (that's right... early Saturday morning), and will run approximately 90 minutes until 3:30 AM Eastern. Hard core F1 fans will have no problem getting up to watch the action LIVE after being away from the sport since the season finale - nearly five months ago.

There will be no LIVE streaming for practice three. For qualifying you will have to view the TV coverage unless you can find some contraband video on the Internet. Many of the international broadcasts make it onto the video websites... including the fabulous Sky Sports coverage.

For LIVE TV for qualifying in the United States, you have one option - NBCSN. The color commentator will be Leigh Diffey while David Hobbes, and Steve Matchett will be handling the technical chores.

That being said, the weather in Australia should be clear. The consensus forecast for qualifying is continued temperatures in the low-80s F / upper-20s C and a 10 percent chance of rain. But a 30 percent chance of rain later in the day - but it should be after qualifying.

The Australian Grand Prix on Sunday now appears to be safe from rain.

So enjoy!
