The AMA Pro Road Racing Series weekend will be held June 21-22 at the world-famous Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Ala., making it the third stop on the 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing schedule.

The season started last weekend in Daytona with Triumph rider Danny Eslick winning the prestigious Daytona 200.

For the first time ever, fans who purchase a General Admission or Paddock Access ticket before April 1st will receive a free Parade Lap (valued at $30) for Saturday of event weekend. Tickets can be purchased at www.barbermotorsports.com and fans can print their tickets from the convenience of their home.

“We are thrilled to have AMA Pro Racing back at Barber,” said Rick Humphrey, vice president of ZOOM Motorsports, the exclusive event promoter at Barber Motorsports Park. “The season kicked off last weekend with a Triumph victory, and I feel that has added a lot of excitement already surrounding our event. This new offer is an added bonus for those planning to come out for the weekend, and we hope fans take advantage of it before April 1st.”

Last year’s race brought more than 35,000 fans from all over the world to watch the best of the AMA Pro series compete on the 17-turn, 2.38-mile permanent road course at Barber Motorsports Park. Again in 2014, the weekend will feature the AMA Pro SuperBike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike, AMA Pro SuperSport and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series.

In addition to the on-track activity, the weekend will include fan walks on pit lane, autograph sessions, stunt shows, free-style bike shows and much more.

Daily tickets are available starting at $15 or $55 for the two-day weekend. Paddock upgrades are available for daily tickets. Parade laps, tent & motorhome camping, and RV spots are also available in limited quantities.

Throughout the weekend, kids 15 and under receive free general admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
