BRENDAN GAUGHAN QUOTES:
What are your thoughts about Auto Club Speedway?
"I love this Auto Club Speedway. I haven't been there since the Truck Series was last there, so I am ecstatic to get back to California. It is one of my favorite big tracks. We have WIX Filters as primary sponsor this weekend and we want to put on a great show for those guys. I've always been pretty good there, some bad luck has kept us from victory lane, but this is definitely a race track that fits my style."

How do you select over a course of a run which lane you are most comfortable with?
"I will try to run anywhere on the race track, I think you have to do what you can to make your race car work. Las Vegas, for instance, the bottom groove was the place to be with fresh tires and as they wore out, you moved up a little bit. California is kind of the same way, you have to let the race car feed you the information and you have to learn how to adjust to it. The better driver you are, the quicker you adjust."
