The "Hungry Fan TV Dinner" is the latest culinary creation by Levy Restaurants that will coincide with the premiere of the world's largest high-definition LED video board during the Duck Commander 500 weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. The oversized TV dinner takes on the "Go Big or Go Home" theme generated by "Big Hoss TV" and features some of the flavors that have grown to symbolize Texas' southwest roots. The "Hungry Fan TV Dinner" includes 1½ pounds of barbeque cheddar chipotle meatloaf topped with onion crisps and barbeque glaze, 12 ounces of mashed Yukon potatoes sprinkled with cheddar cheese and 12 ounces of elote-style corn that combines chili powder, parmesan cheese, cilantro and mayo. (Click here for complete recipe)

The "Hungry Fan TV Dinner" will sell for $18 and will be available on the main concourse just inside Gate 4.

The creation of the "Hungry Fan TV" Dinner is part of the ongoing unique, signature concession items developed by Levy Restaurants. Last year Levy, the official concessionaire of Texas Motor Speedway, featured bacon-inspired menu items that included the debut of "Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy" during last year's Duck Commander 500. "Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy" featured four ounces of bacon-infused cotton candy topped with candy coated bits of bacon.

The next item unveiled with a bacon theme was the Shake 'n Bacon Brew that debuted during November's AAA Texas NASCAR race weekend. The popular drink combines Rahr & Sons Ugly Pug Black Lager, Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream, bacon-infused maple syrup, whipped cream and bacon crumbles. Fans still will be able to purchase the Shake 'n Bacon Brew during the Duck Commander 500 weekend along the Smokin' Hubcaps (brisket on a glazed donut) and the mac 'n cheese hot dog.

Fans will only be able to get their hands on the "Hungry Fan TV Dinner" by attending the Duck Commander 500 race weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. The weekend will feature the Nationwide Series O'Reilly Auto Parts 300 on the evening of Friday, April 4, the new knockout qualifying during the SportsDay Qualifying Day powered by The Dallas Morning News on Saturday, April 5, and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Duck Commander 500 on Sunday, April 6. For tickets, call the Texas Motor Speedway ticket office at (817) 215-8500 or visit www.texasmotorspeedway.com.
