Speed Group offers its clients a full range of motorsports services such as driver development, driver management, social media & PR management, digital design, marketing & sponsorship, and motorsports logistics.

The company’s three founders include three-time IndyCar winner James Hinchcliffe, who can offer his clients the perfect example of how to successfully make it to the top and win both on and off the track in the complicated world of motorsports. David Martinez holds the record for the most successful debut by a Mexican driver in IndyCar, and has also mentored and coached many up-and-coming drivers including current Sauber F1 driver Esteban Gutierrez. Completing the ownership group is Toni Calderon who as a driver manager has helped his clients develop winning programs and achieve various victories and championships, including winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA World Endurance Championship.

Speed Group’s clients include highly successful and established drivers and teams such as Luis Diaz, Ricardo Gonzalez and Juncos Racing, and young rising stars like Jose Gutierrez, Alfonso Celis Jr, and ALCE Motorsports.

James Hinchcliffe

Speed Group Founder

"Speed Group is something I'm really excited about. It's an idea we've had for years and I'm thrilled its finally coming together. Having been through the ranks of the racing ladder I know first hand how valuable these kinds of services can be. I'd have saved a lot of time, money and headaches if this had been around 10 years ago! There are so many important elements to a drivers career these days and Speed Group's goal is to take as much stress and responsibility off our clients so they can focus on driving."

David Martinez

Speed Group Founder

“I’m very happy to finally announce this project after many months of hard work. It’s a project that the three of us started planning over six years ago, and now we were finally able to make it a reality.

Helping drivers develop their skills and teaching them the ins and outs of racing is something that is in my blood and we’ve managed to be very successful at it. Now with Speed Group we’ll be able to reach many more up-and-coming drivers out there, I’m very excited about our new company!”

Toni Calderon

Speed Group Founder

“We’ve managed to put together a very strong group, between the three of us, our staff, and our strategic partners, we have the right experience to cover all of our client’s needs so they can focus on what they do best, which is racing. Speed Group is a culmination of many years of hard work, we started talking about it when the three of us were just beginning our careers, and now that we’ve all achieved success separately, it was time to make it a reality.”
