Juncos Racing Set for Round 5 and 6 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Coming off their fourth win of the season, Juncos Racing is ready for Rounds 5 and 6 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The inaugural Grand Prix of Indianapolis will be held on the 2.439 mile road course at the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The 14-turn road course will feature two of the longest straightaways of the season as the cars will travel clockwise up the historic main straightaway and over the famed yard of bricks. The Pro Mazda Championship series will begin with testing at the speedway on May 7th followed by practice May 8th. Rounds 5 and 6 will be held May 9th and 10th.

Team Owner, Ricardo Juncos, looks to take the positive momentum his team has gained to the road course and continue to develop the drivers to the next level. Juncos Racing currently leads both the driver and team championship after claiming both poles and all four wins of the season along with multiple podium finishes.

"I’m really looking forward to this track because it will be the first time we or anyone of the Pro Mazda teams have run on this circuit," said Juncos. "We have had a great season so far and I know my team will continue to work hard as we prepare to hit the track this week. We will have a lot to learn with this new track, but I am looking forward to a great week with the team. Thank you to all of the team both crew and drivers, our wonderful sponsors and supporters and my family."

The 2014 Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires is set to run May 7-10 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
