o “I can’t think of anyone who is more deserving of an award like this, than my father,” said Reed. “Both of my parents have been the best support system I could have asked for. My dad has always been there to help me, not just in racing, but in all aspects of life. I’m so happy to see his hard work and dedication recognized.”

· Recapping Iowa

o After qualifying 15th for the Get to Know Newton 250 presented by Sherwin Williams at Iowa Speedway, Reed was forced to drop to the back of the field at the start of the race due to a changed radiator. Reed on racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway:

“I am really excited about getting back to Charlotte. It is definitely one of my favorite tracks, plus having some experience there will be a huge benefit. The new patriotic paint scheme on the No. 16 American Diabetes Association Drive to Stop Diabetes presented by Lilly Diabetes Ford Mustang looks great. I’m thrilled to honor our military members and families, as well as carry the name of a very special American Diabetes Association Youth Ambassador, Sam Faust.”
