ADVANCE NOTES

o Edwards at Charlotte Motor Speedway
o This Memorial Day weekend will mark Edwards’ 19th start at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
o Edwards has an average start of 17.8 and an average finish of 11.8 at the one-and-a-half mile track.
o The Roush Fenway Racing driver is still looking for his first win, with a career-high finish of third that came in the fall of 2011.
o Edwards has finished in the top-five five times and in the top-ten 11 times.

o The Car
o Primary chassis RK-880 was last run this season at Vegas, finishing fifth.
o Backup chassis RK-880 was last run in 2014 at Darlington, finishing 13th.

o Fastenal
o Fastenal is proud to honor military service men and women, both active and retired, with a three-car tribute at the Coca Cola 600.
o The hood of the No.99 Fastenal Ford Fusion will display the names of 630 Fastenal Blue Team members who have served in the military.

Edwards on Charlotte:
“It’s the longest race of the year. We had a great run in the All-Star Race, and if my pit crew performs like they did last week then we are guaranteed to run well. It was a spectacular performance. This is a big weekend for Fastenal with three Fastenal Fords. We have 630 Fastenal veterans on the hood, including Randy Fuller, which is really cool. We are supporting our troops. Fastenal is doing something that is second to none in the garage by sponsoring three cars and making it a tribute to our armed forces. Hopefully it is a great Memorial Day weekend for everyone and we get our first six hundred mile victory. I’d say a Coke in victory lane here would probably be the best Coke I’ve ever had.”
