Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe: Campani Won In Austria The First Race


• On the Salzburgring Campani heads Anselmi for only 186 milliseconds
• Third place and victory in the Gentleman classification for Emanuele Moncini

It has been a fotofinish victory the young Italian Alex Campani the the Saturday race’s final result of the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe Austrian round, held at the Salzburgring race track. Campani, driving his Abarth 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione preceded of just 186 milliseconds Luca Anselmi. The third place went to Emanuele Moncini, that with this score won the Gentlemen class. It should be noted the great performance of the new Abarth 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione that, on a spectacular and challenging circuit like the one in Salzburg, set lap times to an average over 160 Km/h.

Among the Abarth 500 Assetto Corse the young Finnish Jusso Pajuranta triumphed, followed by Italian frontrunners Manuel Villa and Stefano Bolzoni.

Stefano Bolzoni (Abarth 500 Assetto Corse) + 1’02”723. All the others on Abarth 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione. Best lap Lilja 1’35”354, 160,12 km/h.
