Shinya Michimi was off to a great debut as he topped his team-mate and fellow countryman Yoshitaka Kuroda. Two-time 2014 pole-sitter Kevin Giovesi (Eurotech) was seventh in front of another rookie, Swissman Cristof Von Grunigen, Michele La Rosa and Giuseppe Cipriani. Pescara-Based Loris Spinelli, driving for Eurotech, finished in 11th and was followed by rookie female racer Samin Gomez, coming from Venezuela, and Francesco Dracone, fielded by Super Nova.
