Next 16 drivers (P16 to P31) qualify for the Pre-final;
Top five from the Pre-Final proceed to the Grand Final;
Grand Final will be a race between the top 20 drivers on the night.
Kardrome Assistant manager David Bright explains: "The new format will level the playing field even further, rewarding drivers that are consistent and stay out of trouble. Racing should be cleaner and closer than ever before, with some new faces expected on the podium. And of course the hot conditions will be a major challenge for participants, an interesting series lies ahead."

A new Masters Category for over forties will be a race-within-a-race, along with a Merit Award for the highest placed pre-finalist who failed to make it through into the Grand Final.

There will be plenty silverware up for grabs each night with the top three overall, top three masters and the Merit Award winner all guaranteed to take home trophies.

At the end of the four rounds the driver with the most points will be declared 2014 Kartdrome Ramadan Champion and walk away with the prestigious prize of a full race weekend in the UAE Rotax Max Champoinship with the highly rated Energy UAE Kart Team.

The top Emirati driver in the four round series will be awarded a similar weekend with the Tony Kart UAE providing the prize.
