FIA Sport MotorEx 2014, to be held from 24-26 June at the impressive headquarters of Germany’s largest motoring organisation, ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e.V.) will run in parallel with the FIA’s second annual Sport Conference and will give representatives of motor sport organisations from around the world access to top industry experts, event promoters and leading figures from racing and rallying.

As well providing a forum for industry to interact with sport organisers from around the globe, FIA Sport MotorEx will offer a platform for the analysis of future trends and opportunities in motor sport through a range of special events featuring key decision-makers and experts from across the sporting spectrum.

Commenting on the event’s exciting format, FIA President Jean Todt said: “FIA Sport MotorEx affords ASNs and industry figures a unique opportunity. For the motor sport industry it is a chance to map the future of their businesses in the form of the aspirations and requirements of ASNs from around the world. For sporting authorities this week’s exhibition represents a chance to tap into the know-how and business acumen of companies with decades of motor sport expertise.

Among the providers represented at the FIA Sport MotorEx partners Ellis Clowes and Magneti Marelli as Global Partners of the event.

A leading provider of professional and personal insurance, Ellis Clowes has more than three decades of experience as a motor racing specialist, having worked with some of the sport’s most famous names, from individual competitors and teams to championship organisers and governing bodies.

One of the world’s most respected producers of hi-tech systems and components for the automotive sector, Magneti Marelli has been involved in motor sport since 1919 and since then has developed ground-breaking products for a host of world championship-winning teams. Since 2008 the company has also been heavily involved in the development of Kinetic Energy Recovery systems for motor sport.

FIA Sport MotorEx will host exhibitors from every area of motor sport supply, including Formula E Holdings, legendary timekeeping specialists Tag Heuer, official FIA racewear partner OMP, leading racing chassis design firm Mygale and Tatuus circuit design experts HoK and Apex, racing equipment supplier Stand 21, safety devices experts Tecpro, Geobrugg and MDD Europe for medical kits, 3M Peltor for Communication solutions, cutting edge Sport design Agency Leroy Tremblot, Full tank supplier Merin, industry representatives PRI & MIA and finally Kiti Sport Management System.
