GT Open: At Portimao To Gain New Podiums

Following the three podiums with three Ferrari lined up in the opening race (Nurburgring, May 4th), AF Corse will be at Portimao with an increased group of Ferrari 458 Italias GT3. Each one of them has real possibilities to gain the top positions of the round.

Giorgio Roda won the race of his debut (together with Andrea Piccini) and now will race the second round of the championship with Paolo Ruberti in the Ferrari 458 Italia #56.

Duncan Cameron and Matt Griffin took a podium in the first round and want to be always a duo to beat for the first positions; they will race in the Ferrari 458 Italia #54.

Claudio Sdanewitsch has also finished on the podium in the opening event of the championship and will be at Portimao to repeat the very positive perfomance; he will race in the Ferrari 458 Italia #55 together with Michele Rugolo.

Thomas Flohr-Francesco Castellacci (Ferrari 458 Italia #53) and Adrien De Leener-Cedric Sbirrazzuoli (Ferrari 458 Italia #57) will debut in the GT Open International championship at Portimao.

All cars of the Italian team - over and over again champion of the GT Open – will run in the GTS category.

Race 1 will start Saturday, June 7th, at 3 pm (CET); race 2 at 11 am of Sunday, June 8th.www.afcorse.it
